The entire agency team was great and very supportive throughout the process. We mostly worked with Paula. She provided outstanding support from start to finish. She communicated clearly in English, was always friendly, and went out of her way to help us. She offered us rides when we didn’t have transportation and guided us through every step, including arranging notary services and helping us get oriented in the city. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I decided to move to Spain and I ended up going to Kapitalia inmobiliaria. They gave me a warm welcome, and since I am not yet comfortable speaking Spanish I was helped by Grace Sophia. A great multilingual real estate agent, I had the option to be helped in English, German and French. Me and my many questions and doubts about the region, regulations and the housing market were answered very professionally in English. After this I decided to request some visitations to some apartments which were setup in short term. Where I had the opportunity to see and feel some of the options and ask some more questions. I never felt rushed and had my time to properly check the properties. I highly recommend Kapitalia, and Grace Sophia as agent if one does not feel comfortable speaking Spanish.
